What happens to my data if I cancel my Merus subscription?
As always, you own your data and, in the event you find a need to leave Merus, we will happily extract your data for a nominal fee. Please email us at “support[at]meruscase[dot-com]” and, though we’ll be sad to see you go, we’re also happy to work with you during your transition from Merus.
Please note that your data will remain available for 30 days after your date of termination; however, Merus, Inc. does reserve the right to withhold, remove and/or discard Customer Data without notice after non-payment. This means that, upon termination of your subscription, your right to access or use Customer Data immediately ceases, and Merus, Inc. shall have no obligation to maintain or forward any Customer Data. If, for any reason, you want us to delete your data before the 30 day period has ended, we will be happy to do so.
